Andy Weiner started RockStep Capital in 1996. Weiner has built or acquired over 6 million square feet of shopping centers throughout the United States. Prior to founding RockStep Capital, Weiner served as Vice President of Operations for Weiner Stores, a chain of 159 family clothing stores with locations in Texas and Louisiana. A Stanford University graduate with a degree in Economics and Political Science, Weiner spent his junior year at the London School of Economics. Weiner received his MBA from the University of Texas and completed Harvard University’s business program for retailing executives. Weiner enjoys studying foreign languages and is fluent in Spanish and French. He is a highly sought-after speaker at office and real estate conferences.
