Randy is the managing member of Family Wealth Management, LLC, which is tasked with the supervision of his family’s generational assets. The family is involved in the hospitality business through hotel ownership, the oil & gas business through publicly and privately held oil & gas exploration companies, and in the financial services industry. He also serves as a fellow in the Family Firm Institute (www.ffi.org), the leading association worldwide for family enterprise professionals and the organization of choice for the advisors, consultants, educators, and researchers who help perpetuate transgenerational family business wealth. Randy is the president and CEO of Resource Management, Inc. a financial planning firm established in 1974 and owned by Family Wealth Management, LLC. Individually, Randy has been selected by both “Money” and “Worth” magazines as one of the top financial advisors.
A 1968 BS graduate of Regis College in Denver, Colorado, Randy serves or has served on various Boards of Directors and leadership roles in the financial planning profession. He is the author of journal articles and is a frequent speaker at national and locally seminars covering all the financial planning disciplines. Randy is a happily married man of thirty years to Bonita Waesche and they have three girls; twins age 24 and one age 31. He prides himself in being a disciplined and serious professional, but one with a sense of humor that he developed from his college roommate; the actor Bill Murray.
